Need to Know

IS THE HOTEL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

No. Is not included in the price you must book your hotel /apartment  for us to come and decorate.

HOW DOES IT’S WORK?

📍Book your stay 📍 Select your package option (We will contact you for the name of the location after booking or you can write in the text box at check out) 📍After you check in at your hotel/apartment We will meet for the collection of the key for me to have access of the room, Or All you have to do is contact your hotel telling them a third party Luxurydecor is coming to decorate the room , which will allow them to give me access to your room. The duplicate key will be left in your room or reception
Note: We don’t check in for you!! 

WHEN DO YOU NEED MY ROOM NUMBER ?

We will not need your room number until the day of services. We will text you the day before with room key instructions, let us know your room number anytime after you check in.

LATE FEE 

A minimum of 1/2 weeks notice needed Or 2 days to book a set up.(decor) 
IF YOU BOOK A DAY BEFORE IS A £10 EXTRA FEE At the collection of the keys, if your running late let me know ( thing can happen if not ) you have 10 minutes grace after that is a £5 Fee After 30 min £20 Fee as it delay the time of the set Up for my other client
